Job description:
CX Energy Services Ltd. is a fast paced and growing crude oil transportation company based out of High Prairie, AB. We have a new 14,000 sq ft. facility and we continue to grow adding to our fleet of Kenworth trucks and tanker trailers-there is no shortage of work. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, and the chance to be part of a company dedicated to safety and service.
We are currently seeking a Heavy Duty Technician. Consideration will be given to 2nd or 3rd year apprentice with truck and trailer work experience. The successful candidate will;
Work well with teams,
Perform regular repairs and maintenance of our fleet with efficiency and accuracy,
Effectively troubleshoot breakdowns,
Respond to service/repair call outs,
Ensure that shop facilities are maintained to ensure cleanliness, safety and efficiency,
Train and mentor apprentice mechanics leading by example and providing support, knowledge and direction.
Experience with T&E pumps, hydraulics, Kenworth trucks, Cummins engines, and computer skills are an asset
This is a full-time position working Mon-Fri 7am to 4pm with on call duties. Be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing as well as random tests as required by clients.
