Depuis près de dix ans, Pierre Jeanroy évolue au sein de notre équipe, où il occupe aujourd’hui le poste de Directeur Général de Dynamic Concept Europe, un visage que vous avez peut-être récemment aperçu dans notre podcast.

Ingénieur industriel de formation, il bénéficie d’une solide expertise dans l’industrie de l’aluminium, notamment en fonderie. Il pilote nos activités européennes avec une approche fondée sur la proximité client, la rigueur et la performance opérationnelle.

Au fil des années, Pierre Jeanroy a joué un rôle déterminant dans le développement de nos activités en Europe. Il a su établir des relations durables avec nos clients et partenaires, tout en accompagnant la croissance et la structuration de nos équipes. 🌍

For nearly ten years, Pierre Jeanroy has been part of our team and now serves as General Manager of Dynamic Concept Europe, a familiar face you may have recently seen on our podcast.

With a background in industrial engineering, Pierre has developed extensive expertise in the aluminum industry, particularly in foundry operations. He leads our European activities with a strong focus on customer proximity, operational excellence, and performance.

Dans un contexte de croissance, notre équipe canadienne est actuellement à la recherche d’un chargé de projet capable de coordonner des projets multidisciplinaires et d’assurer un suivi efficace avec les clients et les équipes internes.

📋 Responsabilités
• Gérer les budgets et l’avancement des projets
• Assurer le suivi des dépenses en main-d’œuvre et matériel
• Comprendre les besoins des clients et l’étendue des travaux
• Planifier les différentes phases des projets et en assurer le suivi
• Mobiliser les équipes de projets et coordonner les rencontres de suivi
• Concilier les besoins opérationnels et les attentes des clients
• Effectuer une évaluation post-mortem de la performance de ses projets
• Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et méthodes de gestion de projets
• Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques en qualité et santé sécurité

🎯 Profil recherché
• BAC en génie et/ou maîtrise en gestion de projets ou gestion de l’ingénierie ou BAC en administration avec expérience en gestion de projets dans le secteur industriel ou de l’ingénierie.
•Toutes combinaisons de formation/expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur industriel seront analysées
•Certification PMP (atout)
•Connaissances du secteur de l’aluminium (atout)
•Bilinguisme français/anglais

As part of our continued growth, our Canadian team is currently looking for a Project Manager capable of coordinating multidisciplinary projects and ensuring effective follow up with clients and internal teams.

📋 Responsibilities
• Manage project budgets and monitor project progress
• Track labor and material costs
• Understand client needs and project scope
• Plan and oversee the different phases of projects
• Mobilize project teams and coordinate follow up meetings
• Balance operational requirements with client expectations
• Conduct post project performance reviews and identify lessons learned
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methods
• Promote best practices in quality and health and safety

🎯 Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/or Master’s degree in Project Management or Engineering Management, or Bachelor’s degree in Administration with project management experience in the industrial or engineering sector

• Piloter la conception mécanique de produits et d’équipements sur mesure
• Définir, analyser et faire évoluer les solutions techniques en cours de projet
• Collaborer avec les équipes électrique, automatisation et robotique
• Soutenir les concepteurs dans les choix de conception

Retour sur deux belles journées à Horizon Aluminium les 13 et 14 mai derniers. Merci à tous ceux qui sont passés à notre kiosque pour échanger avec notre équipe.
Nous avons également eu le plaisir de participer au panel « Développer de nouveaux marchés : collaborer pour mieux gagner », animé par Jean-François Desmeules, avec la participation de Patrice Côté à titre de panéliste.

Toujours un plaisir de participer à des événements qui rassemblent les acteurs de l’industrie.
