đŸ”č All drill operators must tap the steel twice for good luck before starting
đŸ”č If the ground is “feeling hard today,” crews are encouraged to speak to it calmly
đŸ”č Any hole drilled perfectly on grade must be acknowledged with a round of applause
đŸ”čAnyone caught saying “just one more quick job” owes the crew coffee
