This net-zero energy daycare for Kamloops Child Development Center is our first non-residential building and our first precast building. The structure was installed in just 5 work days. This resilient building boasts reduced operating costs and is resistant to fire, flood and extreme weather. With an 8 kW solar array and 19 kWh of battery backup this building can continue running even if the grid fails.

I'm very excited about our plans for this site. I think they will be disruptive in the housing market and make a big positive difference.

A developer new to commercial properties has just scooped one up on the North Shore, and as he has with one residential property already, will factor in some personal philosophies once it comes . . .

We've moved in and so has one of our neighbours. So far we're very impressed with the building's ability to stay cool using night time air purges. It's remained comfortable through the first couple heat waves of the year.
