We recently built this home on Kamloops' North Shore. It uses excellent air tightness, thermal mass and a high performance heat pump to provide some incredible energy efficiency.
I'm excited to see how it performs over it's first year of operations.
Our goal is to build energy efficient homes inexpensively. We achieved step 5 out of 5 on the energy step code and step 4 out of 4 on the zero carbon step code at a cost that would be quite reasonable for a conventional home.
