🔧 What You'll Do:

Supervise paper mill crews and coordinate daily shift operations.

Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are met.

Promote workplace safety and ensure compliance with environmental and company policies.

Resolve operational issues, coach employees, and maintain accurate shift reports.

🎓 What We're Looking For:

College diploma or equivalent in Industrial Management or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written); French is an asset.

🔧 What You'll Do:

Lead, supervise, and mentor employees to support team performance and development.

Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, efficiency, and cost control.

Oversee preventative maintenance, the Filter Plant, and mill power systems.

Kap Paper’s Emergency Response Team (ERT) is made up of trained employee volunteers who are prepared to respond when emergencies happen at the mill.

From assessing situations and controlling hazards to protecting people and supporting firefighters, OPP and paramedics, our ERT plays an important role in keeping our mill and our people safe.
