We have an update for our Lake Country customers who may be experiencing issues with their natural gas heating equipment. Fortis expects to be working through the day to restore service. More information can be found here: https://www.fortisbc.com/service-alerts/service-alert
After gas service is restored, you may need to reset equipment by turning it off an on again at either the service switch near the furnace or at the breaker. If you have any issues after service is restored, give us a call, and we will be able to come out and help if we can't resolve it with you over the phone.
