Climateworx Refrigeration Inc. is looking for a permanent, full-time, Refrigeration journeyman or apprentice (2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year) to join our team to service the Kelowna area.
The position services Commercial/Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, commercial food equipment and light residential service.
HVAC includes: Roof top heating and cooling units, Controls, Gas Detection, Makeup air and exhaust fans etc...
COLD includes: display cases, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, chillers, prep coolers and ice machines etc.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair a wide variety of commercial/industrial refrigeration and hvac . Accurately record details of performed work. Effectively communicate options and solutions to the customers. Attend regular training and maintain working knowledge of latest industry developments. Maintain proper inventory and ensure regular maintenance of supplied truck.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of field experience diagnosing & trouble-shooting. Refrigeration Apprenticeship is an option. Valid Driver's License with good driving record required. Excellent customer service & communication skills, accountable and self-driven. Available to work overtime, weekends, and on-call required.
