Our Very own Kelowna Karate Dojo is sending a Team of young kids and a few adults to Gunma Japan for the World Championships. This amazing opportunity is a qualifying event from Nationals in Montreal earlier this year. What an experience it will be for these athletes to compete for World Titles in their sport of Karate October 25th - 27th, 2024.

There are quite a few fundraisers taking place in our community to help support these kids on their incredible journey. There is a Burger and Beer BBQ happening, some True Earth affiliate sales for household products, I know there is a Go Fund Me, and some are Collecting Bottles and doing Bake Sales even.

We decided it would be so fun to gather with anyone interested in supporting this cause and give a little back in thanks of their support!!! So we are hosting a Fun evening complete with $5 drinks, snacks by tjsgrazing , and 3 headline Comedians. We have plenty of prizes to be won by raffle, and we have some awesome donated Silent Auction items!!!

We are hoping to see some familiar faces and welcome some new faces too, the more the merrier I say……. I know Comedians like a big crowd 😜. Doors open at 6pm and Comedians will begin around 7pm. Please come out and join us and feel free to share this event with friends and family!!!!
