Project Highlight - Normandy Drive, Halifax

This project was quite the challenge as it involved the transformation of a historic building into a modern, 30-unit residential space.

Working together with the Tate Engineering team, we navigated the architectural challenges presented by this wood-frame building to ensure we delivered solutions that not only fulfilled the project’s needs but also preserved the historical significance of the building.

Our team was responsible for the installation of individual Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV’s) and Innova wall-mounted Heat Pumps in each unit.

This project was well worth the challenge- an end result we are proud to link with the Martell Mechanical name.

Project Highlight - Miners Landing, Kentville

These 48-unit residential buildings feature advanced mechanical systems installed by Martell Mechanical.

Our team, working closely with the project engineers, was responsible for the installation and set up of Heat Recovery Ventilators, Heat Pumps, In-floor Heating, and the entire Plumbing System of the buildings.

A big shoutout to our project collaborators Tate Engineering and PG Developments for bringing us on to this incredible project.
