Local, family-owned Heating and Air Conditioning Company is accepting applications for a full time HVAC LABOURER. Duties include assisting licensed gas technicians with various maintenance tasks (e.g. help with cleaning home duct systems), lifting and carrying materials and supplies, vehicle check and re-stocking, cleaning as well as use of hand tools.

Our company installs and maintains various gas appliances, including fireplaces, furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and garage heaters, etc.

Hours of work are typically 8:30-4:30, Monday to Friday however these hours may vary, based on demand.

The applicant must be a self-motivator, problem solver, punctual and enthusiastic about the career.

The successful applicant will interact with customers in their homes and various vendors, acting in a courteous and professional manner at all times.

Requirements:
-Must have a valid G Driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to and from work
-Must have a personal cell phone
-Mobile phone technology skills
-Good written and verbal communications skills are essential to assist with preparation of customer invoices and helping to maintain accurate job history records

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
On-site parking available

Spring cleaning time!! Get a head start for the warm summer months and ensure that your air conditioner is ready to keep you cool.

As your air conditioner system runs, it accumulates dust and dirt in important areas, the debris affects the efficiency in areas such as the condensing coils and air filters. If your unit is left unchecked, the air conditioning system can lose roughly 5% of its operating efficiency per year due to the buildup. This means that your A/C unit isn’t cooling your home to full efficiency.

Annual maintenance is recommended to ensure the unit operates at peak energy efficiency and is ready to cool your house when you need it most.

If you would like to book an A/C Maintenance in preparation for the warmer months, give us a call! We are currently booking in late May / early June.
