👉Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled tradespersons and perform labouring activities at construction sites.

• Loading and Unloading: Transporting construction materials to work areas.
• Erecting and Dismantling: Setting up and taking down concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

As a Crew Leader, you'll not only apply your trade skills but also guide and manage a team of carpenters, apprentices and labourers to ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
👉Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, apprentices, and labourers on new home builds and renovations
• Manage and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring work is completed to code and in compliance with safety standards
• Oversee the quality of craftsmanship and make sure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules
• Assist with the installation of framing, siding, windows, doors, decks, interior finishing and other key elements of new construction and renovations
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project flow
• Maintain job site organization, ensuring tools and materials are handled properly and safely
• Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
• Perform regular quality checks and resolve any issues that arise on-site

• Reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
