This customer called us out to come take a look at their rooftop unit as it was not producing any heat. We diagnosed a faulty inducer motor and also found a huge gas leak inside the unit. We shut the gas and power down until the next night when we came back with the parts needed. We got the new inducer installed and removed the manifold/burners. Cleaned everything properly and repaired the gas leak. Then reassembled everything back together. It was also well over due for some maintenance so we put fresh filters in, checked the belt was tight and not worn , inspected the heat exchanger for any wear/cracks , set gas pressures and tested all safety switches were working correctly. Just like that this customer has heat again and is ready to take on winter ❄️ 🔥

Some gas piping we got completed over the last couple days. This customer needed their entire gas system repiped due to adding an addition onto the back of their house. We ran a brand new 1” main line along with two 1/2” lines branching off. One for the furnace and the other for their range. We got the job done just in time before the weather gets too cold.
