Today, we want to give a massive shoutout to our incredible team!
Whether they are installing a new system in the freezing cold, repairing an AC in the blistering heat, working in attics, crawlspaces, mud, and, well, we won't enlighten you into any of the other situations they often find themselves in.... our technicians show up and give it their all every single day.
HVAC is a very demanding, highly skilled trade, and we truly believe we have the best in the business.
Starting with Mr. Tozer, of course! Dave has always believed that what matters most is making people happy — taking care of your people, taking care of your customers, and doing the job right. That philosophy has been at the heart of Tozer from the beginning, and it’s a big part of the incredible reputation he has built over the years.
And when we say reputation, we mean it. Those Google stars aren't just numbers on a screen — they represent the effort and pride that our team put forth every day for our customers and the trust they put in our team when they invite us into their homes.
Dave has built something pretty special, and the best part is that he knows it takes great people to keep it going. He’s set a standard where craftsmanship matters, customer service matters, and, perhaps most importantly, people matter. We’re pretty proud to carry that forward every day.
