A confession...

Each year, we carefully select the clients and projects for our upcoming year. We do not build your homes in record time. And we do not build your homes en masse. Instead, we work closely with fewer clients and pour ourselves, hands on, into what will be the most meaningful purchase of their lives... their family home. We are grateful for each of them and blessed to call many of you 'friend.'

Because of you...

The one year that we did build enough homes to qualify, along with 5000-ish other builders, for the Ontario Builder of the Year Award, we won! We didn't even know we were in the running. We weren't focused on any awards. We were only focused on you, our clients, and doing our very best for you and your family. It was pretty amazing to get whisked up to Toronto to attend the gala awards ceremony at the ROM... all at the last minute (we had been on a family vacation at Disney when we 'got the call!') It was also amazing to hear our name called and receive the award. To see our photos in the papers the next day. But, by far, the highlight of the night was when we were approached by a Tarion executive with a letter in his hand. He explained that, never before in their history, had a builder's clients written to them expressing why their builder deserves to be given the award.

In 2 weeks, we will be celebrating our 15 year anniversary in business. The award is a reminder to us of every one of you who trusted us with building your family a home. We think of each of you often. And thank you for your trust and friendship.
