At BDK Foam Insulation, loose-fill fiberglass is our go-to for attics. 🏠 We’ve used cellulose before, but we prefer fiberglass for its lighter weight and minimal settling, helping maintain consistent coverage over time.

Cellulose has its benefits too, including recycled content ♻️ and borate treatments that provide fire resistance and can help deter certain pests. For our attic projects, though, fiberglass is our preferred choice. The glass fibres don’t absorb moisture or provide a food source for mould and mildew. 💧

Good insulation is only part of the job. Proper air sealing and clear ventilation paths help keep the attic performing as it should. That’s why we pay attention to the full installation, from preparation to the final coverage. 👊

Fiberglass insulation is a great product when it’s installed right. And at BDK, we take pride in doing it right. 💪

Clean cuts, tight fits, and attention to detail. It takes extra effort, but that’s what makes a quality installation.

It’ll be behind drywall eventually, but we still make sure it’s worth showing off. 👊

What’s behind your drywall? 👀

Closed-cell spray foam helps seal air leaks and reduce heat loss, keeping your home more comfortable through every season.

Once the drywall goes up, our work is out of sight—but it keeps working behind the scenes.
