Porrone Construction, founded by Franco Porrone in 1972, is a prominent builder of new and custom-designed homes.

For over 40 years Porrone Construction has been building homes in the Windsor-Essex Region of Southern Ontario. Franco Porrone Immigrated to Canada and worked extremely hard to build a reputable company. His son Pino, at a very young age, worked along side his father mast

ering the skills of the trade. Porrone Construction has developed many subdivisions in our local area. One of the first developments was Clark and Williams Street located in Cottam. Other developments include; Porrone Drive and Heritage Road, located in Kingsville. Sutton, Hayward, Rudgate, Nicholas Street and Queens Hill Townhomes are some of our developments in the Leamington area. After 25 years of hard work and determination Franco’s son Pino continues his father’s legacy. He continues to build homes of the highest quality, offering the latest technology in the industry. His integrity and craftsmanship show in all of his work. Future projects include 5 lots on Heritage Road, available now, in Kingsville. Queens Valley, located in Ruthven, will be developing approximately 170 lots within the next year.
