At ($RJX.A), we are drilling our Ice Chisel Lake target. This target is associated with the Montreal River Fault, and has significant KIM grains down ice found by Tony Bishop. The next scheduled target to drill is Darwin Lake, just to the north of Ice Chisel.

One of our shareholders from the Mackay family recently talked about RJK's search for the Nipissing Diamond on an investment podcast. He gives a pretty good summary of what RJK is trying to accomplish in Cobalt. While the whole conversation is interesting, the RJK section starts at 42:40 and ends around 1:07:20.

NEWS - RJK Explorations Ltd Drill Permits Granted and Corporate Update

It's been a while since the Company's last update, but RJK is drilling again after many months trying to obtain permits. One of the areas is shown below. An access path for the that area has been created, but first, the Company is moving the drill to nearby targets along the Schumann Arch, which the team hopes could prove to be the source(s) of the repositioned, diamondiferous, high KIM count material that was drilled in 2020 and 2021.

The press release provided was published on January 17th, but we wanted to wait to post until the Company had a better idea of where they were drilling and when.

NEWS - RJK Engages the SRK Consulting Diamond Group

RJK announces the engaging of the SRK Consulting Diamond Group (SRK) managed by Casey Hetman, P.Geo. to complete an in-depth review of RJK’s Nipissing Diamond Project, and develop recommendations for RJK’s future exploration efforts. SRK’s specialists have worked on the majority of primary diamond deposits being evaluated or mined around the world, including most of the mines that produce large (>100 carats) diamonds. Mr. Hetman and his team, including Kimberley Webb, P.Geo. conducted a preliminary petrographic investigation on RJK’s discoveries by reviewing a selection of samples and discussing kimberlite indicator mineral chemistry results with Dr. Charles E. Fipke, from CF Mineral Research Labs (CFM). CFM processed RJK’s samples, and Dr. Fipke was the first to draw comparisons of RJK’s chemistry to the Letseng Mine, located in Lesotho. Thin sections of RJK’s occurrences were examined by SRK and it was concluded that a number display features typical of kimberlites, however other occurrences exhibit unusual properties not found in primary diamond deposits and these samples require further investigation. Mr. Hetman’s team described RJK’s Nipissing Diamond project as “intriguing and a puzzle that must be solved,” and added the indicator mineral chemistry of the samples is of “high interest.” SRK’s preliminary review will be followed up with a site visit in April when ground conditions permit examination of stockpiled material.

SRK Consulting referred RJK Explorations to a kimberlite processing expert who has been engaged by the Company to design and budget portable processing machinery that can be used for sampling to capture any diamonds onsite, using XRT technology. RJK is in discussions with Provincial and Federal agencies to assist in the design, build and future marketing of this equipment led by Gino Chitaroni, President of RJK. The Company will disclose more on these efforts once a concrete plan and timeline have been put in place.

Robert Mackay, Executive Chairman of the Board commented, “At this stage in RJK’s development, it’s important for the Company’s management to have access to the best brain power available in the diamond business, as the scale of our project has grown substantially over the previous year, and with it, the importance of pursuing cost-effective diamond sampling. We’ve spoken at length to numerous individuals in the diamond business about what we have found, and it seems as though there are very few comparisons ever discovered similar to the composition, and emplacement of RJK’s near-surface and on-surface diamond bearing material. I would specifically like to thank Chad Ulansky for his recommendation to engage the SRK Diamond Group to help us navigate the best pathway to move forward, and our team is excited to be working with Casey Hetman and Kimberley Webb.”

NEWS: RJK Signs Claims Swap Agreement with Electra Battery Materials

After months of negotiation, RJK has adjusted its deal with EBM Corp. to acquire 100% of a new, large anomaly (Chown) south of the Cobalt Camp, and more.

In 2021, RJK RC drill tested a geophysical target on the optioned EBM claims without success but encountered 1.5m of kimberlite, on surface, on the edge of the EM anomaly seen on the map. At the time, RJK the intercept was a bit of a mystery. We now see the Chown target is over 2km in length x 500-600m in width, overlaying the Cross Lake Fault, a known control for RJK's kimberlite emplacements. The anomaly is located beside the Nicol kimberlite & intersects both the historical wagon road & the historical Baruch Claims. The geochemical results of the Nicol kimberlite, completed by CFM Labs, was highlighted as having the potential to host large diamonds (>50 carats) and also good diamond preservation chemistry. Minerals theorized to originate +/-400km below surface were discovered in Nicol.

RJK's management has often wondered why brothers of world-famous investor Bernard Baruch, and Richard Lydon (best friend of Bernard Baruch), travelled in the middle of winter in 1906-1907, just to stake claims 9-10km away from the Silver mines of Cobalt, in a granite field. What did those winter travelers from New York know, and were they looking for diamonds and not Silver? The Company plans to drill-test Chown to determine if the EM anomaly represents another large, kimberlite body.

NEWS OUT - Our new President, Gino Chitaroni, has bought $50,000 CAD of RJK's $112,500 private placement, closed on Friday.

A total of 900,000 Flow-Through Units were sold, priced at $0.125, with a full warrant at $0.25 for a period of three years.

Also, the company issued 1,000,000 options to directors and officers @ $0.125 for 5 years, 500k of them replacing old, expiring options, keeping with the company's policy of shareholder-aligned, incentive-based pay.

If you're at home for the holidays and want to learn more about how diamonds come to surface and are found, check out this great presentation on Argyle in Australia. Similar to RJK's kimberlites, it was near the edge of a craton, different from most models. Also similar to our story, many diamond companies looked at the area before, but a new approach was taken to assess the geology and eventually they found the high grade areas. Also similar, there is a large amount of sandy material. The Argyle story was truly amazing!

Today RJK announced Gino Chitaroni is the Company's new President.

Gino, or as we like to call him, Mr. Cobalt, wrote this in today's press release:
