One of our absolute favourite transformations to date! We started with a 3D rendering that we designed to showcase the clients vision, and now, the results continue to wow even us.

We removed this 30+ year old, heavily painted deck, and replaced it with a brand new, fully improved deck. The original deck lacked any kind of footings, so we dug and poured 16 4ft deep concrete footings to properly support the new carrier beams. We then dug down 2ft into the yard to allow us to install the lower deck section, and proceeded to lay down clear stone gravel so that there would be an effective drainage system to ensure there wouldn't be issues with water pooling and bug accumulation. When installing the deck boards, we used a hidden deck fastener system so that the screws were protect from damaging weather conditions, and because the screws are virtually invisible, the end result was incredibly sharp and elegant.

Once the new deck was assemble, we got to work customizing the project with all the trimmings you can imagine. From adding the entirely new lower deck section, 3 privacy panels, and a customized dog pen (with removable and washable artificial grass), to the stunning frameless glass, remote controlled, colour-changing, dimmable deck lights, and concrete fire table (imported from California) that will withstand any weather conditions, our delightful clients expectations were greatly exceeded. The clients are excited to enjoy their new backyard sanctuary for many years to come.

Another bathroom remodel project with great results!

This house was built on deck posts and stacks of cinder blocks. After a house fire there was major renovation work to be done and that is when engineers discovered that there was no foundation for this two story house. We were asked to excavate and install temporary 6x6 cribs to support the structure while engineers continue their inspections and new foundation walls being poured.
