Responsibilities
• Perform framing, drywalling, and finishing work.
• Install doors, windows, and hardware with precision.
• Work on both residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with accuracy.
• Use mechanical and hand tools efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.

Requirements
✅ Valid G License with a clean driver’s abstract.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
✅ Own hand tools.
✅ Strong mechanical skills.
✅ Solid math skills for measurements and calculations.
✅ Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
✅ Experience in the field of construction

Project Manager Wanted

We are looking for a project manager who is responsible for planning, developing, coordinating, and managing the overall schedule for our many residential and commercial renovations.
Must have a valid G license and clean driver’s abstract to travel to construction sites, client consultant meetings, and site inspections. Schedule trades and hold them accountable for their work and time frames. Have proven leadership and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Ability to motivate others with integrity and a positive attitude. We are looking for excellent interpersonal, communication skills (both verbal and written) to our subtrades, coworkers and clients. Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), time management, organizational skills. Follow and enforce company and project policies and procedures, while on sites and making sure to deliver the job within the allotted time frame.
