Kitchen renovation finishing completed today in Cambridge.

This stage of the project included installing new kitchen faucets, connecting the sink drainage, and hooking up all new water supply lines.

We also installed a reverse osmosis drinking water system along with a dedicated RO water line serving the fridge.

Leak repair completed at a condo building in Kitchener.

A leaking stop and drain valve inside the garbage chute shaft on the 7th floor was allowing water to leak directly down the garbage shaft into the bin below.

The repair had to be completed through a very tight 8” x 8” access panel, making for a challenging working space.

The leaking valve was replaced and the issue was fully resolved.

No matter how tight the access or difficult the repair, WiseWater always gets it done.

Emergency leak repair completed late last night.

We were called out around 9:00pm for a pinhole leak in a basement that had already caused significant water damage. Quick response was critical to prevent further issues.

Full bathroom transformation completed.

This project started with a complete demolition, followed by new drainage, rough-in work, and a full rebuild of the space.

The finished bathroom features a walk-in tub with an access door, providing a safer and more accessible solution while still offering the comfort of a full bath. The unit also includes built-in jets for a jacuzzi-style experience.

We also installed the glass enclosure and shower system to complete the space.

From rough-in to final trim, everything was completed in-house to ensure a clean, functional, and long-lasting result.

The old bathtub was removed and the space converted into a new shower installation. The existing shower valve was replaced and the area prepped for the new base, glass enclosure, and trim.

Shower valve replacement completed.

The existing valve had failed and there was no access behind the shower wall, which meant the repair had to be completed from the front side through the tile.

The old valve was carefully removed, a new Moen valve installed, and a Moen renovation plate used to provide a clean finished look while covering the access opening.

Proper repair, clean finish, and the shower is back in service.

This home was originally a crawlspace and was later underpinned to create a full basement with 8-foot ceilings. Because the main drain enters above the basement floor, a sewage ejector system was installed to properly handle drainage.

We roughed in a new laundry connection that ties into the ejector pit so the homeowner can continue using their laundry while the rest of the basement renovation progresses.

The system will also support a future 3-piece bathroom once the basement is completed.
