Our team blasted and bored the E-Bar, fitted it with a new bushing, and finished the job with a fresh coat of paint.

Project Spotlight | Fifth Wheel Rebuild

Our team recently completed a comprehensive fifth wheel rebuild, restoring heavily worn components through precision machining, welding and repair.

The work included full disassembly, sandblasting and NDT, crack repairs, bore restoration, line boring, custom pin machining and the installation of 18 new bushings. Following reassembly, the fifth wheel was painted, prepared for shipping and delivered back to site.

Another complex rebuild completed with the precision and workmanship needed to get critical equipment back into service.
