Another project ready for the next phase!

We completed full grading of both the front and backyard, ensuring proper drainage and a solid foundation for what’s to come. We also prepped the concrete driveway and concrete patio areas, setting everything up for a smooth and long-lasting finish.

Fresh asphalt to finish this driveway off 👌

This one ties in clean with the retaining wall and paver border, giving the whole entrance a sharp, finished look. Before the final surface went down, we also completed the electrical trenching and irrigation prep underneath, making sure everything was in place before paving.

Solid prep, clean edges, and a finished product that really brings the property together.
