A recently completed townhouse project where we installed white oak engineered hardwood on the main floor and both stair cases, which we accented with white risers to make the hardwood treads stand out!

I teamed up with .bc to complete this project for and it turned out beautiful!

Unfortunately the original hardwood floors needed to be removed because of water damage.

Once the floors were removed, I discovered there was some leveling that had been done previously, but it was poorly done.

I did some grinding in the high spots and some additional patch leveling in the low spots.

The homeowners selected a more modern wide plank hardwood with a matte finish rather than the high gloss finish of the original floors.

Another successful install complete!
