The moustaches are coming. Movember is just around the corner, and the Fort Mo-dular team is gearing up to grow, fundraise, and rally behind men’s health once again.

This cause has been close to our hearts for a long time. Our team has shown up for Movember again and again, from the pancake breakfast kickoff to the fundraising that carries through the whole month. Last year, we raised over $22,000 for men’s mental health and cancer research, and we’re ready to go even bigger this time around.

Puck drop, modular style.

We were thrilled to meet with a group of current and former leaders from the modular industry at the Vancouver Giants season opener. With that much experience in one room, it felt like the modular industry’s own all-star lineup.

The stories, projects, and lessons shared throughout the night were a great reminder of how many talented people have shaped this industry, and how much of it is built on relationships.

Thank you to everyone who met with us for the laughs, the conversation, and the hockey. We’re proud to support the Giants, and even prouder of the community around us.

Today, we pause to reflect on National Truth and Reconciliation Day, and the ongoing journey toward healing and understanding.

As we acknowledge the painful legacy of colonization, we also honour the strength, resilience, and leadership of Indigenous Peoples across Canada. At Fort Modular, we're committed to listening, learning, and building lasting partnerships with Indigenous communities, reflected in our PAIR (Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations) certification.

This day is a reminder that reconciliation isn't a single moment, it's an ongoing action. A few ways to take part today:

Recently, Fort Modular sponsored the Stalew Arts & Cultural Society Pow Wow at the Langley Events Centre. The three day event featured grand entries, drum competitions, pageants and more. The purpose of a pow-wow is to celebrate Indigenous culture, traditions, music, regalia and art. It is a time to celebrate and preserve the rich heritage and keep traditional ways alive.

Sustainability isn't a marketing checkbox for us. It's a set of standards we build to when a project calls for it.

Our factories are CSA A277-certified. We work with LEED Gold-compliant materials. And when a project needs Step Code performance or energy-efficient systems, we build to that spec, because offsite construction gives us the quality control to actually hit those numbers, not just claim them.

Not every project needs the same standard. But every project gets built to the standard it was designed for.

Modular offices don't have to be standard or simplistic, they can be exactly what a space calls for.

High above West Vancouver, these units on Cypress Mountain prove what's possible when design and function come together. These purpose-built structures fit right into one of the Lower Mainland's best views, proving that a functional space doesn't have to compromise on setting or style.
