A few views from the road with RIMEX’s Johan Nibourg! 📸🍂

Johan’s October travels took him approximately 1,750 km through southern Alberta, with these photos capturing one scenic 515 km day of the trip.

Starting in Lethbridge, he headed to Milk River, where the eight flags are located, then travelled through Wh***ey Gap to Cardston. From there, his route included Maskinonge Overlook, Pincher Creek, and Crowsnest Pass before a stop at Lundbreck Falls on the way back to Lethbridge.

Even the drive home offered a moment to take in the scenery. While travelling along Highway 23, Johan pulled over to send an email and enjoyed a beautiful view along the way.

Looking back on a day spent with our RIMEX families! 💚

On Saturday, September 12, employees from RIMEX Langley and Agassiz came together with their families for Family Fun Day. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect outside of work, enjoy time together, and celebrate the people who make RIMEX what it is.

During the Head Office annual visit to RIMEX AFRICA, the group took the opportunity to meet in person with our BEE Shareholders in South Africa, Wendy Isaacs and Rochelle Smith along with Bart Claeys, Nico Wu and Melanie Potyondi. It has been a productive visit to review 2026 and the 2027 initiatives as we focus on building our RIMEX presence in Africa!

Today, we honour the life and legacy of RIMEX founder, Chris Weston, who passed away nine years ago today.
Chris’s vision, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for the company RIMEX is today. His influence continues to be felt throughout our organization, in the people, relationships, and values that have shaped RIMEX over the years.

As we reflect on his life, we remember Chris with gratitude and respect, and recognize the lasting impact he made on the RIMEX family and our industry.
