We specialize in TIG fabrication, but our capabilities don’t stop there.

2018 Porsche 911 Turbo S — Custom Charge Pipes

A cool collaboration with the guys over at Blitzkrieg Tuning on this 991.2 Stage 2 Turbo S making 635whp

The factory charge pipes were replaced with a full custom 2.5” aluminum setup, eliminating the smaller sections and restrictions found in the OEM piping while getting rid of the factory plastic construction.

The biggest challenge? We built the entire setup remotely, without ever having the car at our shop.

Using the original pipes as references, everything was replicated and fabricated directly on the table. On a setup like this, being a few millimeters off can be the difference between a perfect fit and something that simply doesn’t work.

Both charge pipes were fully fabricated in aluminum, TIG welded freehand no positioner, and finished with bead-rolled ends to properly retain the Vibrant Performance couplers under boost.

1969 Pontiac Grand Prix Full Custom Exhaust

A full exhaust built from the headers back, with a few challenges along the way.

The existing headers ended with a 2.25” outlet, while the client wanted a full 3” system. Instead of using a conventional reducer, we formed our own short transition to step directly from 2.25” to 3”, keeping the transition compact and clean.

From there, we built the entire system around the chassis with a custom H-pipe to keep a deeper, more aggressive old-school tone, paired with Series 58 mufflers from Cortek Exhaust

At the rear, everything had to route over the axle while maintaining enough clearance through the full suspension/axle travel. The client also wanted absolutely no visible exhaust tips, so the system finishes with hidden turndowns for a subtle exterior look.

• Full dual 3” exhaust
• 304 stainless steel
• Custom H-pipe
• Cortek Exhaust Series 58 mufflers
• Hidden turndown exhaust tips
• Sectioned 2-piece design for easy removal
• Fully TIG welded
• Lifetime warranty welds

This Infiniti G37S came to us with a turbo kit designed for a G37X.

Although the two cars look similar, their front subframes are different. That difference meant the downpipes had no clearance and there was simply no way to make the turbo kit fit by modifying the manifolds or exhaust piping.

Instead, we redesigned the front subframe to replicate the engine mount geometry of a G37X, creating new engine mount locations while retaining the G37S subframe.

This allowed the turbo kit to fit exactly as intended, without compromising the design of the kit itself

A custom valved axle-back for this C7 Corvette.

It might look simple, but centering four exhaust tips perfectly is one of the most demanding parts of a build like this.

With so much open space around the four tips, even the smallest misalignment stands out immediately.
