Black Gold Renovations is accepting applications for Laborer’s this position that offers primarily full-time hours and the opportunity to work across many different projects in the commercial and residential building sector. We are looking for individuals with excellent, customer service, teamwork skills, reliable, self-motivator, and the ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
Duties may vary based on placement area. Physical labor includes repetitive task movements pushing and pulling and lifting repeatedly, as well as, standing for extended periods. Painting, measuring, and cutting, power tools and general construction skills an asset.
Must own or be able to purchase work boots and safety glasses.
Qualifications:
Valid drivers license; Access to reliable vehicle
Physical ability to conduct assigned duties as including lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and standing for extended periods of time.
Related work experience is beneficial so please identify any prior labor or maintenance experience and indicate level of expertise with handheld or power tools.
Assets:

Working Conditions:
Work will be made up of indoor and outdoor work. The hours of work may vary by project but is generally full-time, which can include weekends and some holidays as required. Occasional out of town work may be available but is not required as a condition of employment.
