Horizon Drilling is a division of Western Energy Corps and is Canada’s most reliable and one of the largest drilling contractors. Beginning operations in 2004, Horizon Drilling breeds innovative strategies and is continuously strengthening our professional services with an experienced and skilled team. Horizon has grown tremendously since initially established, with over 34 contracts that include

managed pressure drilling companies, drilling rig companies, and oil rig companies that utilize Canada’s best oil drilling and well-drilling rigs. We work closely with all operations as well drilling contractors to ensure that our clients receive services that exude professionalism, integrity and steadfast dedication.

Rig 22 has recently been upgraded with a center section walker, enhancing its ability to navigate on-site infrastructure and tight locations with greater flexibility. With onboard power capabilities, the need for external power sources has been eliminated, streamlining setup and operations.

The rig also meets updated AER accumulator spacing requirements, ensuring compliance while maintaining strong operational performance.
