Drill Bushing Tray Covers Update
Product Overview
Drill Bushing Tray Covers were created in response to customer requests for a way to protect, retain, and contain drill bushings in standard trays.
Development and Implementation
To resolve customer issues, a Tray Cover was developed to securely fit over the Drill Bushing Tray, keeping each drill bushing in place during storage and transport. Over the past year, these covers have become standard with Drill Bushing Sets, improving reliability and convenience for customers.
Design Evolution
The original tray cover, made of PETG plastic, often cracked at the end tab. Starting in January 2026, covers are now produced from Thermoplastic Polymer (TPU), which offers better flexibility, durability, and resistance to cracking and wear.

The three photos show the Tray Cover used with the 27 Piece OD Drill Bushing Set. Its simple design and advanced material provide durable protection, helping prevent bushings from falling out if the tray tips over.
