ISO: Service Hand & Labourer
OILFIELD RENTAL AND ELECTRICAL COMPANY, based out of Leduc, requires a rental service hand and general laborer.
Are you tired of a being a number in a large company. All our employees work together as a team to get the job done. Every employee has imput into the day to day operations and planning. Candidates must be able to work long days and lots of overtime, which will include evenings and weekends.
Applicant must have mechanical aptitude and be physically strong to assist with labor intensive tank moves. Strong organizational skills and ability to problem solve and fix issues on the fly is a necessity. Candidate will assist with cleaning and maintenance of all rental equipment, assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Candidate must have good writing skills to maintain written service reports, logbooks and safety records. Work may also be shifted to the electrical division as needed.
Experience: Oilfield and industrial work, millwright, electrical, mechanical, generator and natural gas experience would be a benefit. Previous rental company experience an asset. Forklift experience required and preference given for forklift certification.
Requirements: Clean driver’s record and drug testing required.
Tickets: Prior to commencement the candidate will require the following
certificates: H2S, first aid, confined spaces, CSO, WHIMIS
Salary: Based on experience. Wages can be negotiable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
