Tatum came along for her first show. Again I didn’t get any real great shots. Just her being excited on the way there.

Her highlights were honking the small air horn and creating a wave of train horn blasts throughout the park. And then raving the engine and starting the gas trucks rev off.

While the truck is like a well worn hat , it represented a lot of older people’s memories of their own rides in the 70’s 80’s and 90’s, as well, there were the new generation that saw it, had their own builds and were excited as it had the old grizzly bars and kc lights. Like the “old magazines “

There were so many beautiful rigs that were unobtainable, hers gave some younger guys a little hope with their rigs. Just because it doesn’t have a 25000 dollar paint job it can still be awesome. And you could build a classic rig and still cruise the backroads.

Shout out to JJ and the crew TFT Offroad - Calgary who helped her find her rims ,the whips and her pink shock boots. And Sky for the exaust work .

Dave Warner of Flying Zucchini Brothers Racing showed up with his TOYO TIRES buggy .

A Canadian legend. Half of the Zucchini Brothers race team. KOH , W.E. Rock and pretty much any other form
of off road racing in western Canada and through out the U.S.

This little guy right here is almost 20 years old, all with the original steering and suspension links.

It’s been rolled smashed and hauled ass.

In fact it was in the center of our shop when it was on fire. I drove in to get it and pulled it out with our forklift through the flames and smoke.

This rig, its team and the brother rig helped us develop our parts and make us what we are today.

We spent the last month or so getting ready for a day off hanging around at Outwest Truck Fest in Irricana last weekend. One of the projects was getting our RZR Ball joints and Tie rod ends done. We kind of used the show as an excuse to get things done.

We’ll release what they fit later, for now this is just to keep everyone from being bored scrolling your phones at work.

This is what I face with shops. It’s pretty frustrating so I’d like to share.

Customers buy our joints and take them to their “trusted mechanics “

These are guys that have been doing work for customers for years. The customers trust every word their mechanics say.

This particular mechanic/ shop / whatever had sent back Carli joints and then our joints (to a distributor that sells our parts) as they were undersized. He then installed his house brand. Making a point we had made the part wrong.( we didn’t )

Keep in mind this trusted shop gets a kick back at the end of the year from his parts supplier. A percentage of what he sells. So it’s beneficial for him to sell his house brand.

I was sent a picture of the shop showing the customer how much undersized the joint was. By an anonymous source.

On the left is the picture of him measuring the top of the joint. The part that sits externally and nothing touches it. This is how he showed the customer it wasn’t the right part.

On the right is a picture of a similar joints body.

The orange arrow is pointing to where he measured. The blue arrow is where he should have been measuring.

Either this trusted shop is completely incompetent or they’re as crooked as our last Prime Minister.

Either way that poor customer has been getting bent over a barrel for as long as they’ve been going to that shop. And now that customer is upset with our parts and the company that retailed them all while trusting someone he shouldn’t .
