On this World Environment Day, we’re proud to recognize the incredible efforts of our team who stepped up this week for a site-wide and at the Lively warehouse community clean-up.

In addition, to collecting bags on and around site, we also collected an amazing 72 bags of waste from the highway at site as part of the MTO Adopt-A-Highway Program, a powerful example of what we can achieve when we come together with purpose.

In this role, you’ll help turn initiatives into measurable results by:

• Configuring and supporting IDHall to keep our OE portfolio clear, consistent, and audit ready
• Building and validating business cases (ROI, payback, assumptions) and partnering with Finance on realized benefits
• Designing Power BI dashboards and standardized KPI reporting that leaders can trust
Publishing monthly benefits and variance updates that highlight risks and actions
• Supporting users with training, job aids, and reliable processes that protect data integrity and privacy

In this role, you’ll:
• Analyze production, maintenance, and cost data to uncover trends
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards (OEE, throughput, recovery, availability)
• Lead CI projects and events (Kaizen, 5S, SMED, standard work, problem solving)
• Coach frontline teams through daily routines, visual management, and Gemba walks
• Strengthen safety, productivity, cost performance, and operational stability, measurably

Whether you’re growing your CI career or bringing hands-on operations experience, you’ll be supported to learn, contribute, and advance at one of Canada’s most technologically advanced gold mines, with an 18+ year mine life and a strong commitment to community partnerships.

Site-based rotation: 7/7 or 14/14
