The last 5 weeks have been a grind on our current project, schedule is progressing well and main floor is starting to look like something special ahead of the holidays.

To date,
- We’ve demolished 2/3 of the main floor, removed 3 load bearing walls/posts and replace with full span beams
- Licensed Electricians and Plumbers to make appropriate relocations and additions to accommodate new layout
- Spray foamed all exterior walls in renovation area
- Drywall and Taping
- Prepping Floors and Shower for new hardwood and tile

These projects are no joke, they take critical planning & scheduling of materials and many trade groups to stay on target.

Project Twins - I had the pleasure of creating this space for my client whom wanted a space for their twin boys to enjoy for years to come.
A planned reface turned into replacing multiple structural members, and stripping to the foundation due to poor building practices previously. With the addition of exposing rock bed at multiple elevations, we had to get creative with the design to maximize usable space. Certainly a challenging but very rewarding project.

A big thanks to the sub-contractors and suppliers who were able to make all this possible.
