Another day, another house reduced to its birthday suit. 🏠💥
This full-house gut is officially down to the studs and ready for its next chapter. It's always amazing how much bigger a house looks when you remove decades of "creative renovations," mystery wiring, and enough dust to start its own ecosystem.
At Apex Framing and Construction, we don't just build dreams—we occasionally have to demolish nightmares first. 😅
The rebuild starts soon, but for now we're enjoying the clean slate. Stay tuned as this one transforms from complete chaos to something incredible.

Some people see a finished basement. We see a basement that needed to disappear. 😎🔨
Apex Framing and Construction is kicking off this project by taking it all apart before we can put it back together. This basement has been fully demoed and prepped for upcoming foundation repairs, with the full renovation scheduled for August.
Sometimes progress looks like shiny new floors. Sometimes it looks like a pile of debris and exposed concrete. Either way, it's progress.
Think of it as the world's most expensive game of "tear it down and build it better."
Stay tuned for the transformation — this is just Chapter 1.

Just another day making it look easy while trying not to turn a simple job into an Olympic event. 😅
Some people spend their day at the gym. We spend ours lifting, hauling, climbing, and wondering where that tool we just had 10 seconds ago disappeared to.
The plan was simple: get the job done. The reality? A few close calls, some questionable decisions, and enough laughs to keep the crew going.
At Apex Framing and Construction, we believe every project deserves quality work, attention to detail, and at least one guy saying, "Well, that wasn't supposed to happen."
Another one checked off the list and on to the next!

⚒️ BEFORE ➡️ AFTER... in just ONE day! ⚒️
Most people see a finished basement suite and think, "Wow, that looks nice."
What they don't see is the part where we turn a concrete bunker and a pile of chaos into something people actually want to live in. 😂
These before-and-after photos are from Day 1 of a project that started with demolition for a foundation repair. Walls came down, dust went everywhere, and for a brief moment it looked like we'd accidentally uncovered an archaeological dig site.
Now the foundation work can begin, and come August, Apex Framing & Construction will be back for the full renovation transformation. 💪
It's always funny how homeowners get nervous when their basement suddenly looks worse than it ever has... but sometimes you have to make a mess before you make it impressive.
Stay tuned—this is just the trailer. The full movie drops in August. 🎬🏠

Another milestone checked off by Apex Framing and Construction on this Quonset hut shed extension! The framing is done, the roof is on, the walls are standing proud, and now she's officially wrapped tighter than a Christmas present your dad spent 45 minutes taping shut. 🎁😂
From bare concrete to a fully framed and wrapped addition, this project has come together nicely. Next steps are on the horizon, but for now we're taking a minute to appreciate another job getting buttoned up before moving on to the next challenge.

Apex Framing & Construction has been putting in a little bit of this and a little bit of that lately. This week included a fresh gate installation outside and new subflooring inside, getting everything ready for beautiful new flooring.
From keeping the backyard secure to making sure your floors don't squeak louder than your knees when you stand up, we've got it covered. 😆

One little step in the wrong spot and suddenly you’re restarting your whole personality from scratch 😅
