🚗💨 Western’s FIRST Chem-E-Car. Wheels and all.
We took our first fully built car to the AIChE Chem-E-Car Competition at RIT in Rochester, NY. A car powered and stopped entirely by chemistry. No motors, no brakes, just reactions. 🧪

We didn’t place this year, but that was never the whole point. Last year four of us showed up just to watch. This year we rolled in twelve deep with something we built from the ground up. 📈

The late nights, the troubleshooting, exploring Rochester, the team dinners. That’s the stuff we’ll remember.
Beyond proud of this crew. This is only the beginning. 🏁

Thank you to everyone who came out to support ChemECar and the Chem Eng Club at our Bingo Night fundraiser! We appreciate everyone who attended, participated, and helped organize the event. Your support helps ChemECar continue building and preparing for competition in New York this year. We couldn’t do it without this amazing community!
