This basement in Lucan was already set up as a home gym. Equipment, flooring, the works. It just needed walls, a ceiling, and the right finishing to actually feel like one.

Our in-house crew handled everything from framing to final finish. Custom mirror by .glass.solutions, barn door by , and heavy-duty rubber flooring throughout.

Slide to see where we started! A dated 3-piece basement bath with a bulky shower-tub insert, limited space, and water damage on the ceiling. We stripped it back and rebuilt it properly.

The result: a custom-built glass enclosed shower with rainfall head, and a hardwood shelving unit by — more space, better function, and a finish that will hold up over time.
