This renovation reimagined a dark, compartmentalized main floor into a bright, connected, highly functional space tailored to everyday living. By removing a load‑bearing wall once believed “impossible,” reworking circulation, and integrating custom millwork throughout, our team delivered a home that feels larger, more modern, and more intentional; all within the existing square footage.
