Purchased with the dented door, but replaced the door with a new one. Unit will be fully installed and will come with a 10 year parts warranty 1 year labour and 20 year heat exchanger warranty. This furnace is good for a smaller home of 1200 square foot or less. I also purchased 2 other furnaces with the same model number that were dented beyond repair so will throw in any additional part of your choice that you would like to add to the package
