This Friday, we have the pleasure of celebrating an incredible milestone — 10 Years Strong as ADJ Industries Inc.

What began in May 2016 as a vision to build a strong and sustainable advanced manufacturing company has grown into a thriving organization proudly serving the locomotive, power generation, oil & gas, trucking, and defense industries.

Over the past decade, we have:
• Grown from 41 employees to 122 employees
• Expanded into the United States with our Ashland, Ohio facility
• Continued investing in our workforce, equipment, tooling, and facilities
• Expanded our footprint with our upcoming 12,000 sq. ft. expansion at 290 Sovereign Road
• Strengthened our capabilities to support long-term customer growth and supplier capacity

Most importantly, this milestone belongs to our team. Their dedication, hard work, resilience, and craftsmanship have built the foundation of ADJ Industries over the past 10 years.

Thank you to all of our employees, customers, suppliers, and partners who have been part of this journey. We are excited for what the future holds.
