The future of the skilled trades is something worth investing in.
At CLAY, apprenticeship is about more than completing the required hours. It’s about giving the next generation of carpenters and cabinetmakers the opportunity to learn alongside experienced tradespeople - developing technical skills, judgment, safe work habits, confidence and pride in their craft.
Our approach to mentorship centres around three things: connection, communication and collaboration. It means asking questions, understanding the why behind the work, solving real problems together and passing along knowledge that can take decades to develop.
Our goal is to see today’s apprentices grow into skilled tradespeople, and eventually become the mentors teaching the next generation.
