Pool apron is poured and stamped. 🔨

Slate stamp finish with black concrete and black release for the darker accents. The contrast is sharp and the texture adds a level of detail that flat concrete just doesn't give you.

This is the border that frames the whole pool. The rest of the backyard concrete is next and it is going to tie together perfectly. 👀

We start with the pool apron first — an accent border that runs around the pool. Once that's poured and set, the rest of the backyard concrete follows.

The separate side entrance for this ARU is complete and ready to welcome its first tenant. 🔨

A legal, dedicated entrance is what separates a proper ARU from just a basement. It gives the unit its own identity, its own access, and meets all the requirements to make it a fully legal additional unit.

The Moose FM Summer Fun Squad spent the day at the Muskoka Arts & Crafts Festival soaking in everything local artists bring to our community… and also just regularly soaking in the rain. 🌧️

Good thing there were over 200 vendor tents to duck into, stay dry for a minute, and check out some seriously talented makers.

Rain or shine, this festival is pure Muskoka.
