We’re pleased to share that a Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO) has been approved for Dancor’s planned Industrial Business Park at Highbury Avenue South and Green Valley Road in London, Ontario.

This important milestone moves the project forward, supporting future industrial development, economic growth, and employment opportunities in the region.

With plans for eight industrial and employment buildings across the first two phases, this project represents an exciting step forward in Dancor’s continued commitment to building for the future.

🚔🐕 Dancor was excited to welcome the London Police Service - Canine Unit to one of our buildings for a day of training!

The team used the space to practice a variety of important skills, including building searches, open searches, obedience, and detection. 🐾

A special shoutout to Freddy, Tyson, and Carl for being the goodest of boys and putting their amazing skills on display! 🐕👏

Our summer student, Grace, even got to join in on the action by hiding and letting the incredible K9s put their skills to the test and find her! 👀🐶

A huge thank you to the London Police Canine Unit for allowing us to support your training and see these amazing dogs in action!
