Construction Safety Week 2026 is a reminder of something that should guide every decision we make on site and in our shops - EVERYONE GOES HOME SAFE.
In construction, safety isn’t just a program or a checklist. It’s how we plan our work, how we look out for one another, and how we speak up when something doesn’t feel right. It’s built into every task, every shift, every day.
This week, we’re taking time to reinforce that commitment across our teams, through conversations, toolbox talks, and by recognizing the people who lead by example. But more importantly, we’re focusing on why it matters.
Behind every person is a reason to work safe. A family member, a friend, a future. Before you start work, take a moment to think about why safety matters to you personally. Share the names of the people you’re working safely for, those who motivate you to make it home safe at the end of every day.
Let’s keep pushing for safer workplaces, stronger communication, and a culture where safety is non-negotiable.
