Happy September!
End of summer is approaching us fast, which means we will soon be looking at switching our heat pumps to heating and not cooling!
Due to mold growth during the cooling season it’s highly recommended to have your units professionally cleaned to prevent mold spore spread. When heating, the mold will dry and turn airborne.

Cleanings start at $125 for the first indoor unit, and $100 for any additional units. Possible fuel charge depending on location.

After a small break, we are getting back into the swing of things.
This weekend we installed a 12,000 BTU tempstar unit. This unit has a 10 year warranty on parts and compressor.
This was a fairly easy install, and we had happy customer!

We will have many more posts in the upcoming weeks as we are playing catch up.

Today we put in this 18000 btu TOSOT heatpump!
This unit comes with 10 year parts and labour warranty, which comes in handy as you don’t need to pay anything extra if something happens. Most units come with ONLY parts warranty.
This unit is installed on a interior wall with the lineset running through the attic and out of the soffit in the rear of the home . Easily hidden!
We also were able to Install under the deck for added protection from the elements.
