Thanks to IEEE Dalhousie Student Branch, IEEE Young Professionals Canadian Atlantic Section, and IEEE Women in Engineering Canadian Atlantic Section for hosting us with our friends from Emera and Nova Scotia Power.

It’s Throw Back Thursday and we’re looking back at one of the many Community Events we were involved in this past year – the Saltbox Soapbox Races in support of the Bayview School Breakfast Program.

What do you get when you combine an unstoppable pit crew of Engineers & Technicians, a COO who has a competitive streak and a desire to succeed, and a soapbox car that’s a proven success a year after year? You get a fun filled day for employees and their families, and the chance to give back to the community we live and work in. Thank you, Saltbox Brewing Company, for organizing this event and supporting the Breakfast Program at Bayview.
