Rate: Rate of pay is based on the standard Union rates.

Work Hours: 45 hours per week
8-10 hours per shift & 2 different shifts day & night

Overtime: Overtime is based on the union agreements

At Milestone, we aim to pair environmental stewardship with economic growth. A prime example was the Zibi Soil Remediation and Construction Project, completed in partnership with Decontie Construction INC A partnership forged to leverage our collective expertise and create valuable training and employment opportunities for the Anishinabe (Algonquin) community of Kitigan Zibi.

The project remediated 100,000 tonnes of contaminated soil on the islands around Chaudière Falls, creating 20 new jobs for the Algonquin-Anishinabe community.
