Since 1956, Chisholm, Fleming and Associates (CFA) has been providing consulting engineering services in municipal, transportation, waterworks and environmental engineering exclusively to the public sector. With CFA’s client base being municipalities and other public sector agencies only, our engineering experience, perspectives and expertise are ‘municipally oriented’. As a result, CFA provides unbiased solutions with absolutely no potential for conflicts of interest.

Celebrating National Public Works Week

Chisholm, Fleming and Associates (CFA) recognizes and celebrates the dedicated public works professionals whose efforts help keep our communities safe, connected, and resilient every day.

This year’s theme, “Rooted in Service, Powered by Community,” reflects the commitment, collaboration, and professionalism of the individuals who plan, design, build, maintain, and improve the infrastructure that supports daily life for communities across Canada.

For 70 years, CFA has been proud to work alongside municipalities and public agencies in delivering and supporting essential public infrastructure — roads, bridges, transportation networks, and water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.

Much of this important work happens behind the scenes and in all kinds of conditions, yet its impact is experienced every day by residents, businesses, and visitors alike — from maintaining critical infrastructure and supporting sustainable growth and future community needs.

At CFA, we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to projects that enhance quality of life and help communities thrive for generations to come.
