When standard building solutions don’t fit the site, customization becomes essential.

The VIOLA Ready-Mix Plant in Milton, Ontario is a great example of how a steel building can be designed around the specific needs of the site.

The building was fully customized and engineered around uneven site conditions, shipping containers, concrete silos, and the complex requirements of the site.

The project features R20 single-layer blanket insulation in both the roof and walls, along with three custom roof canopies designed around the site’s shipping containers.

Using detailed 3D technology, Norsteel developed the building envelope to work with the unique conditions already in place.
