When it gets cold out, can you see out the windows? Do your doors freeze shut? Sick of wiping up puddles from the window sills?

If so, you suffer from too much humidity. The best solution is a Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV). An HRV will reduce humidity and ventilate the house with fresh air efficiently.

Please have a look at/change your furnace filter. The colder weather is causing an uptick in heating problems and nobody wants a service call charge for a dirty filter.

Customer (elderly lady): "hello, I was wondering if you could help me out. I have STD's."

Design Air: "We're sorry to hear that but we are a heating company. We are unable to be able to help you with your STD's."

Customer: "Perfect! I have Senior Technology Dysfunctions and cant figure out how to set my thermostat to heat."

This is todays job. A great example of how NOT to install a/c. Wood and bricks holding up the evaporator is not the right way to do things. We will rectify it and this customer will have a comfortable summer for the first time in years.

PSA - if you have a high efficiency furnace, please keep an eye on on the exhaust and intake terminations. (where it leaves your house) The high moisture content of the exhaust gasses coupled with the temperatures we are experiencing have been causing some issues to some customers.
It would also be a good idea to check/replace your air filter.
