What’s normally a last resort repair, is CAT’s only repair for this 3126 block. No oversized pistons available means sleeving every bore back to standard. This is no problem for our Berco boring bar!

Night and day difference on this CAT camshaft that came in for a degrease and polish. The best part about this job is the customer brought it to us in the morning, and it was ready to go back by mid afternoon!

This old cat 3126 has had a rough life. Time for a refresh! This one is getting a full machine service including liner changes, wrist pin bushings replaced and machined, a crankshaft polish, and much more! Visit our website Tricomachining.ca to see all of the services we offer!

One of our customers brought us some hemi heads with an oil leak through the exhaust manifold bolt holes. While a thread sealant may have fixed the issue, we opted to get our welder to put a fill on the backside of the bolt receivers. The holes passed a pressure test and these heads are good to go again!
